Staying at Room 2304 was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, allowing me to stay up late without disturbing my companion who had to get up early. The hotel provided everything we needed during our stay, making it very convenient. However, the location had a minor issue with wires near the tub area, and a larger kid's swimming pool would have been a nice addition. The service, particularly at the buffet restaurant Tin, was top-notch, some of the friendliest and most accommodating I've experienced in years of travel. The dining options were good but still have room for improvement. The hotel is near prominent malls, offering a convenient location. Despite some minor downsides, the stay was comfortable and met our needs well.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were more spacious than most suites in the area, like the one I experienced at Oakwood. The hotel offers a great value compared to neighboring five-star hotels. The only downside was not being able to charge in-room spa treatments to the room, which was a minor inconvenience.
